Please note no one needs an account to access or checkout of the online shoppe via Coupa. If it is asking for a logon while attempting to checkout via Coupa, this means it was not closed out properly (often happens from hitting the Back button after the transaction or it could be a cache/cookies catching issue). Please make sure the program is completely closed and/or logged out (Online shoppe and Coupa) and reopen to access.

If Coupa checkout still does not work please clear your cache/cookies, restart your computer, and then begin a fresh Coupa session. Any continued issues with Coupa order should be directed to coupa@us.bbaaviation.com.
